Position Overview:

This position entails representing CrowFly by first identifying then acquiring potential buyers, both individual and institutional, as well as marketing our services to existing buyers.

The ideal candidate will achieve success by optimizing the company’s growth potential, meeting or exceeding year over year growth and profit objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing buyers. 

The ideal candidate will be accountable for building and maintaining effective relationships with buyers across the country at both an individual and institutional level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To build partnerships with other businesses
  • Work closely with the leadership team to strategize and build a network of buyers
  • Manage existing relationships and identify new relationships with institutional buyers
  • Collaborate with marketing team to advise on marketing plan for driving traffic to website and register as user for access to our inventory
  • Research and monitor industry
  • Play a key role in defining marketplace, competitive market share, user adoption and retention within our online platform, including growth predictions and validating predictions
  • Leverage technology: use HubSpot to manage client communications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years sales experience with track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Financial experience required
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
